We need new flooring, but there are so many options and retails out there, why choose SoloFlooring, Inc.?

There are infinite flooring options and that is good news for you, as we can have a floor option that tailors best to your needs and likes, we deal directly with the Mills to offer you Mill Direct prices, and we also offer you the knowledge we gained through years of training and experience on a daily bases to deliver you the best product, value, style and color to fit your décor and lifestyle.

Do you provide free estimates?

We do provide free estimates after you come to our showroom to select the product that you are interested in.  If you would like a more detailed estimate including a floorplan, measurements, etc., there is a $75 fee, which will be applied towards your job if you move forward with Solo Flooring.

Can we provide our own materials for our project?

We only install materials that we sell in order to assure the quality of the products and the job being performed.

When Do you have Specials or Sale events?

We have products like Smart Strand Carpet, hardwood floors by Mohawk, and tiles from Daltile on Sale all year Round, the products which are on sale varies thru out the year click here -> ON SALE , or visit our showroom, we also offer financing from 12 to 36 months at 0% interest with equal payments, visit our showroom to see and feel first hand our great products and values in each floor we sell and install for you.

Are there differences on the warranties of the products you sell, and for how long you warranty the jobs you do?

Each product has a warranty according to the manufacture, we warrantee the installation of the floor for the life of the product we sell and install.

Do you provide cleaners for the floors you sell?

Yes we do, we also give you your first kit free with your purchase.

I am a handy person and would like to by the Material from you and installed myself, is that possible?

Absolutely, we will sell you the material, and if you need instructions we can also provide you with those too, and if during the job you need assistance, we can provide you the assistance you need as well.

What do I need to do to get ready for installation day?

We require from our clients to move all personal and small items out of the work area as well as unplug any electronic devices, we will move furniture that requires more than one person to get it move, the rest should be move by client prior installation day, while we help to move the big furniture we can’t be responsible if something happen to the furniture itself as the item wouldn’t be damage for been move from point A to point B, if it does, it must be because was damage before it was move.

What is the warranty and how does it work?

The client is for maintaining proper humidity levels in the rooms where flooring has been installed. The best levels are generally 35 to 50% humidity. Failure to do so will void the warranty.

What do I need to do to rescheudle a job?

In order to reschedule of a job you must called the office no later than 1:00pm the day before the job or there will be a $100.00 charge.  For Monday installations you must cal by 1:00pm on Saturday.

My security system is not working after the job was completed, can you tell me why?

In many cases the security systems are not install up to code like cables running under the carpet, when old carpet is remove and new floor is install sometimes could happen that a cable is cut by accident or get trap on a staple when new floor is install creating a short cut, in other cases also a false contact may get loose or disconnected affecting the operation of the system, we cannot be responsible for the disconnection or malfunction of your security system, or in other cases sound system.

Can I save money take in up the old floor and disposal of it?

Sure, in fact we always ask our clients if they are interested in saving money and in each particular case we give options to save money on projects.

Is there a limit for the sizes of a job?

We accommodate and service all our clients as each project is important to us, we do them all.

How do I know I am comparing apples with apples? And not with oranges.

In the flooring industry you can only compare products, but how to compare knowledge, service, after sale service, and professional installation. I truly doubt anyone can compare apples with apples when the human touch is in the equation.
