I just worked with a flooring vendor (Solo Flooring) that gave new meaning to the word integrity.

There was a problem on site of a vacant house where the flooring was to be installed. He contacted me and resolved the problem BEFORE laying the carpet. No one would have know the problem existed, but he insists on laying the flooring correctly. His guys did more work than they were contracted, but never complained and didn't charge extra for it. The property in question was getting renter's grade all around too so it's not like there was a lot of money in it. He was professional and I'd work with him again any day. He came out to give me an estimate same day I called and was extremely flexible with installation. He has made his way to my top vendors. He does tile and hardwood too.
